Terms and Conditions:

  1. Payment of rental to be paid in full, in advance.
  2. Disbursements which include stamp duty, printing and transportation will be charged at cost.
  3. Additional charges applicable for request to deliver mail to client by ordinary post, registered post, courier etc.
  4. Additional charges for scanning based on the number of pages and size (A4 or A3).
  5. Other terms and conditions will be stated in the agreement.


 Required Documents:

  1. Original and copy of Identification Card (for individual applicant).
  2. Original and copy of Business Registration Certificate (for sole proprietorship / enterprise).
  3. Original and copy of Partnership Registration Certificate (for partnership).
  4. Certified true copy of Form 9 dan Form 49 (for company).
