This Personal Data Protection Notice (“Notice”) is issued by RS Centre Cube Sdn Bhd (“the Companies”) companies incorporated under the laws of Malaysia with place of business at 1st Floor of Sublot 35, Riveredge Commercial Centre, Jalan Datuk Patinggi Haji Abdul Rahman Yakub, 93050 Kuching, Sarawak, to all valued clients and prospective clients.
The Companies respect your privacy with regards to your personal data and information (“Personal Data”) which you have provided or will provide us and we are committed to protect your Personal Data in strict compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (“PDPA”).

Purposes for the Processing of Personal Data
