2 If you have a variety nature of business, keep the name as general as possible by using words such as Enterprise or Trading.
Example: Centre Cube Enterprise or Centre Cube Trading.

3 If you use a specific name, the nature of business must be limited to that name.
Example: Centre Cube Catering. The nature of business allowed will be 'catering' related only.

* The Business registration address must be in Kuching, Sarawak to meet LHDN's requirement. If you do not have any commercial address in Kuching, Sarawak, you may rent our address.

* Note: Due to recent instruction by Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM), business main address must be in Peninsular Malaysia or Labuan. Please insert your address (commercial or residential).


* Payment of fees shall be made in advance for the whole tenure.
